Graduate School Berlin Mathematical School (BMS) [3]

With the project "Berlin Mathematical School" the three Berlin universities join the competition among schools of excellence: Mathematics students from around the world should take up graduate studies in Berlin. Research group "Museums" in the cluster of excellence TOPOI [5]

"Museums" is a so-called subgroup within the cluster of excellence “TOPOI - Formation and transformation of spaces and knowledge in ancient cultures", in which all three large Berlin universities are involved. FU Berlin and HU Berlin share the speaker function. Directors and researchers from the most important ancient world museums in Germany, the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, are also represented in the subproject "Museums" headed by the TU Berlin. more to: Research group "Museums" in the cluster of excellence TOPOI [6]

Projects the cluster of excellence Languages of Emotion [7]

The cluster focuses on the interdependencies between language and affect. What we feel and how we feel depends to a large part on language and images. Emotions may support or constrain our language acquisition; contrariwise language competencies influence our emotional communication abilities. Graduate School Berlin School of Mind and Brain [9]

The Berlin School of Mind and Brain is a joint initiative of "mind sciences" (humanities and social sciences) and "brain sciences" (life sciences and neurosciences). The focus of the school, in which the TU school of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences is a partner, is on the interface of humanities and behavioral sciences with neurosciences. more to: Graduate School Berlin School of Mind and Brain [10]

Graduate School Berlin-Brandenburg School for Regenerative Therapies (BSRT) [11]

The Berlin-Brandenburg School for Regenerative Therapies investigates new ways of promoting regeneration of injured tissues. All projects within the graduate school promote the exchange between clinical, biological and engineering research.
