Bench-Fees

Bench Fees can be used to cover costs of the hosting chair (e.g. for teaching, research, books, office supplies, phone etc.).The amount of 51,- Euro can be awarded and transfered to the hosting chair for each completed month that a foreign scientist spends at the TU Berlin.

Please note that the stay of students and PhD students can not be financially supported with that grant. The grant can neither be awarded if a similar financial support has been confirmed by another institution, e.g. by the Alexander-von-Humboldt-Foundation.

Application by the hosting TU Professor indicating:

• title and name of visiting researcher
• university and institute including country and town
• period of stay
• TU internal account to which the grant can be transferred to
