TU Berlin Winter University 2020

For the TU Berlin Winter University 2020, we currently have an accommodation option available at Acama Hotel+Hostel and CIEE Global Institute.

General Information 

Wifi access is available in all hostels, but is limited and may not be accessible from the bedrooms themselves.

Roommates for shared rooms will be paired or grouped according to gender. If you have a preferred roommate, please let us know via email.

Shared rooms for two people are referred to as "twin" rooms, but could appear as "double" rooms in any invoices, as this is how they are labelled by the properties. In every case, this refers to two separate, single beds in one room. 

All accommodation bookings are from the Saturday prior to your course, to the Friday or the Saturday after your course. You are welcome to arrive later than the first day from which your accommodation is booked, or leave earlier than the last day. Please let us know via email if this is the case. However, we are unable to refund any nights that you do not wish to stay at the accommodation, so the prices for the number of nights listed remain payable.

Organizing accommodation independently

You are also free to organize your own accommodation independently. Please find a list of ideas for finding a flat-share or apartment-style accommodation here [4]. The TU Berlin also has a list of flat-share agencies here.
