The following portfolio presents a selection of instruments, appointment steps, and information for the strategic recruitment of scholars for professorships across the University.

It is important that professorial appointments are included in TU Berlin's diversity efforts. The instruments presented here can and should be used to specifically attract female scholars and individuals from underrepresented groups at TU Berlin - though much of this information is also applicable to the recruitment of scholars in general.

Single steps can be combined or implemented individually – many are already routinely implemented at TU Berlin, whereas others expand existing practices and offer new perspectives.
