Mensur Delic is studying for a master's degree in Business Administration at the Berlin Business School, a university for Management and Law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University for Sustainable Development Eberswalde. His study focus is on agile management methods and digitalization, which are fundamentally changing the world of economics and society. Since August 2021, Mensur has been working at the ZTG as a student assistant in the project "Smart Micrologistics". The project supports actors in rural areas with the development of innovative  solutions for regional goods transport, mainly also involving digital elements. Grown up in a rural area he is familiar with the challenges of structurally disadvantaged areas and is interested in the analysis of digital solutions. Furthermore he engages with the topics of entrepreneurial innovation and regional economic growth. In this regard he regards research projects with an application-oriented focus as meaningful and beneficial in supporting the digital transformation of the logistics sector.
