Dr. Jenny Oltersdorf

Jenny Oltersdorf studied ev. Theology and Library / Information Science at the Humboldt University Berlin. She received her doctorate in 2013 with a thesis on "Publications: Function and Representation - Presence of Communication Channels of German Art History in Bibliographic Verification Instruments".

She has been working as a Scientific Associate since 2008 and works in national and international projects focusing on the humanities, research infrastructures as well as communication and publishing behaviour in the humanities and social sciences.

Since 2019 she works at the TU Berlin in the project KIGS - Communication Patterns in the Humanities and Social Sciences.

With the appointment of Prof. Dr. Jochen Gläser on 01.06.2019 as Professor at the Faculty I of the Institute of Philosophy, History of Literature, Science and Technology, Jenny Oltersdorf has also switched to the Department for Social Studies of Science and Technology.
