Anna Seraya

Ms. Anna Seraya was born in 1996 in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan. In 2018 she successfully completed her Bachelor degree in Engineering and Technology at East Kazakhstan State technical university and since then she is pursuing a Master degree in Transport and Technology.
Her area of interest includes both theoretical knowledge and practical implementation in regards of transport and transportation development, smart city policy and ecologically-friendly urban planning innovations.
