Marcia Frezza
Marcia Frezza is a visiting researcher
at the Center for Technology and Society (ZTG), developing studies for
her doctoral degree at ZTG/TU-Berlin. Her doctoral project aims
to investigate socio-psychological aspects involved in the process of
adopting more sustainable behaviour. The field research
prioritises workplaces that have developed sustainability and
innovation programmes. Marcia Frezza’s Master studies were in
Social and Institutional Psychology. The focus of her thesis was
concentrated on practices of two social programmes/government
policies, one in Brazil and another in UK, which were aimed to the so
called vulnerable young people from both countries. Her first
degree was in Psychology. In Brazil, she works for the
University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR (Universidade de Fortaleza), CE,
where, among other activities, she lectures at the Psychology
Programme and at the Environmental Engineering Programme. She
